Whether you're navigating a tough stretch or facing long-term hardship, we believe everyone deserves the basics. That's why we offer free clothing, toiletries, household goods, and essential equipment to anyone who needs them, no strings attached. Living outdoors? We've got you covered. A selection of camping supplies and outdoor gear is often available to help you stay safe, dry, and comfortable – wherever you are right now.

Our resource center is open to community members Saturdays between 10:30am and 12:30pm.
The visitor entrance is located on the Center Street side of the church closest to the front.
Resource Center Guidelines
Sign in upon arrival
If you are a first-time visitor to the STAR Resource Center, please sign in at the service desk near the entrance of our shopping area. This allows our volunteers to provide you with personalized assistance.
Shop for Goods
Some high-demand goods require a shopper to sign in at the service desk and show an official form of photo ID (drivers license, passport, etc.). Many of these items have weekly limitations or are given once every couple of months.
Outdoor camping equipment is reserved for those who are unhoused and living outdoors. Due to the high volume of visitors, we ask that you limit your shopping time to 15 minutes. We are open every Saturday if you cannot find all the items you need during your visit.
Adhere to Signage
There are limited supplies of certain clothing and toiletry items. We kindly ask that visitors respect signage limiting the number of specific items you acquire. This helps us meet as many people's needs as possible when supplies are low.
Keep Facilities Clean
Restrooms are available for our visitors during their shopping time. If you use the restroom, we ask that you leave it as clean as you found it.
If you take an article of clothing off of the rack and then decide not to take the item, please return the item to the rack in its proper location.
STAR reserves the right to limit entry into the Resource Center for those visitors who repeatedly do not adhere to the stated rules and regulations.
