2023 Point-In-Time (PIT) Count of Homeless

This is the official homeless census sponsored by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  A count is taken every January to enumerate the state of homelessness on a local level.  This report is presented on the website of the Pennsylvania Continuums of Care.

City of Bethlehem - Strategic Plan to Address Homelessness

September 2023   

This 50-page report was a result of the all inclusive study by Michael Baker International.  The report details the current situation and provides alternative solutions.
